Important information regarding deliveries within the EU

Due to new packaging regulations within the European Union, effective from 12 August 2026, we will unfortunately only be able to deliver to Germany, Austria and France.

For Austria and France, we are already registered and comply with the required packaging regulations.

We kindly ask for your understanding.

For deliveries to other EU countries, we would be required to complete separate registrations in each individual country. These registrations often require the involvement of authorized representatives and involve considerable administrative effort. This includes registration procedures, regular reporting of packaging quantities, and additional fees for the disposal and recycling of packaging.

The European Union was originally intended to simplify cross-border trade within Europe. However, the increasing number of national requirements creates significant additional burdens in practice, especially for smaller companies.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union remain possible without any problems.
