Using a wick needle
Instruction for use candle moulds with a wick insert needle
You have already purchased or are going to buy some candle moulds from our company. We are trying to cut up the candle moulds as less as necessary. From that two advantages are resulting:
1) The lifetime of these candle moulds are longer. If the candle mould is cut up very much the opening at the wick becomes earlier leaky after the mould is extended to pull out the candles. This leads to a leak at the opening hole so that wax flow out or the candle moulds tears and the form useless
2) Less joint is visible at the candle. By closing the form with the rubber bands during the casting process of the wax candle the seams fit much closer with each other. This results in a reduction of the visible joint at the final candle.
For using our candle moulds in an easy way we make a wick-insert-needle available
Put this wire with its loop through the hole of the wick. Push the wick through the loop of the wire und pull the wire together with the wick through the hole of the candle mould. This procedure is as fast as the threading from the wicks at the conventionally candle moulds, but this method takes care of the mould and at the end a smaller seam can be seen at the candle.
