Suggestions for decorations with candles

Beeswax can also be dyed. This requires very special dyes that do not clog the wick while it burns.

The following pictures show examples of colored beeswax candles.

The roses were either cast with colored beeswax or made through a casting process using multiple colors. This creates very beautiful color effects.

The pillar and cone shaped candles were made by dipping yellow beeswax into colored wax melts.

This is because you should only burn candles on non-flammable surfaces anyway,
It is advisable to place the candle on a ceramic bowl, for example.

Zusätzlich kann noch Dekosand eingesetzt werden. Diesen gibt es in verschiedenen Farben und verschiedenen
Formen in Bastelgeschäften oder Baumärkten. Sehr reizvoll ist auch die Verwendung von Efeu oder anderen
Pflanzenteilen für die Dekoration (z.B. für Geschenke). Brennbare Dekorationen sollten natürlich vor dem
Abbrennen entfernt werden.
